Makes about 10 balls
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
3 tablespoons coconut milk
2 tablespoons flax seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup shredded coconut
Combine all ingredients in a bowl — EXCLUDING the shredded coconut. Line a tray with wax paper. Form the ingredients into little balls. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut. Add the balls to the tray, and then put them into the freezer for 30 minutes to form.
