Summer Baked Vegetables

Serves 2

1 bunch asparagus, tough ends removed
1 small head cauliflower, chopped
1 small head broccoli, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT: Then, add the asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, and garlic to a large bowl. Toss in melted coconut until coated and spread onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes and serve.

DINNER: IN ADDITION TO THE RECIPE ABOVE, COMPLETE YOUR MEAL BY ADDING GRILLED CHICKEN OR PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE. YOU WILL NEED 5 PIECES OF PROTEIN.
