ENERGY JUICE

6 leaves kale
4 romaine lettuce leaves
1 beet
3 carrots
1 – inch piece of fresh ginger root
Juice from 1 lemon

Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If you want to go the extra mile to support your gut, you can add some kombucha or water kefir to your juices for their probiotic benefits.
