You deserve good health. We all do. Yet, we continue to sabotage and rob ourselves of good health. You are worth living a life full of energy and vitality. A life free of daily aches and pains. I want to be clear on this: some health issues are not always a result of a wrong or right choice, especially if one is not educated as to what the right choice would be. So back to the sabotage thing…I’m not going to lie to you…I wasn’t always so dedicated to my health. I took my health for granted; eating what I wanted to eat – which was mostly sugar – and drinking what I wanted to drink. And, guess what? It caught up with me. Thankfully though, I listened to my body and started learning how to respect this wonderful gift of health that I had been given. This is key.

All it takes is making the commitment to choosing yourself, to being good to you, to treating yourself kindly, instead of beating yourself up and feeling shame over your body.

3 tips to get you started on Reclaiming Your Health:
  1. Make the decision to detox. I know this may seem out of sorts, but detoxing is the best way to jumpstart your health and lead you to the path of optimal health. Think of it as a reboot of your body.
  2. Clean out your Pantry and Fridge. When I say clean out, I am talking about throwing away the foods, condiments, packages, boxes – all of the items that are detrimental to your progress. This is an old trick that works! If it’s not there, you can’t eat it!
