Salad Ingredients (use organic where possible):
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups chunky tomato salsa
- 2 15-ounce cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
Directions:
- Season the chicken breasts with the seasoning mix.
- Place chicken inside the slow cooker. Add salsa and beans.
- Cook on high for 3 hours. Use a fork to shred the chicken.
