Salad Ingredients  (use organic where possible): 

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups chunky tomato salsa
  • 2 15-ounce cans of black beans, drained and rinsed

Directions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with the seasoning mix.
  2. Place chicken inside the slow cooker. Add salsa and beans.
  3. Cook on high for 3 hours. Use a fork to shred the chicken.
