[RECIPE]: NUTTY BANANA BREAD
Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients (use organic where possible):
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 brown bananas, mashed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, whisked
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix dry ingredients together well: almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- Mix wet ingredients together well: bananas, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; make sure these are well incorporated.
- Pour batter into a greased bread pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
- Let the bread cool, then cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
